Zevs

“Zevs is an early ripening grape variety with a ripening period of 110-115 days. It is renowned for its large and very elegant medium-density cylindrical berries.

The clusters are well presented thanks to the calibrated berries, which are free of small grains, making the harvest attractive for sale. Each Zevs berry weighs between 15 and 20 grams and measures 20 x 55 mm. The colour of the berries is red and the shape is elongated.

The flesh is very dense, crisp and fleshy, yet juicy, and the flavour is harmonious and typical of the variety. “Zevs’ grapes are considered to be very promising for cultivation, are excellent for transport and have a high resistance to frost (down to -23 °C). The berries do not crack even when exposed to excess moisture.
