Katalonia is a new hybrid private selection vineyard resulting from a cross between Talisman x Burgundy Mantle.
Very early maturity. Large, conical clusters, average weight 500-1000g. Berries elongated, oval in shape, dark purple in colour, average weight 10g. Flesh fleshy-juicy, flavour harmonious. High yield. Cold-hardy to -22C.
