The “Standard” grape is a new hybrid variety bred by V.M. Kalugin. The growing season lasts approximately 100–110 days, so the first ripe bunches appear in late July–early August. The Standard grape bushes are vigorous and ripen well. The clusters are large, cylindrical, and medium-dense, weighing from 600 to 1000 grams, sometimes reaching over a kilogram. The berries of this variety are elongated, with an elongated “finger,” weighing 16–20 grams. The color is rich yellow, sometimes with a slight sunny hue. The flesh is dense, juicy, and pleasantly crisp, with a balanced, harmonious flavor and high sugar content. Standard tolerates temperature fluctuations well and is frost-hardy down to –23°C.
