“Red Riding Hood” is a new hybrid grape variety, privately bred by V.M. Kalugin, characterized by its ultra-early ripening and large berries with a Muscat flavor. Ripening time: Ultra-early, approximately 90-100 days from bud break. The harvest typically ripens in the first ten days of August. The average bunch weight ranges from 800 to 1,400 grams and has high commercial quality. The berries are large, oval, and red. The average berry weight is 15-18 grams, and the size is 25-34 mm. The flesh is fleshy, dense, and crisp, with a distinct, pleasant Muscat flavor and good sugar accumulation. The bushes of this variety have very vigorous growth.
