Ice Beauty

“Ice Beauty” grape is a promising seedless (raisin, class I), medium-late variety of Japanese selection. Medium-late (130–140 days). Bunches: Large, weighing from 700 to 1200 g, cylindrical-conical, medium density. Berries: Large, oval, red, weighing 7–10 g. Taste: The pulp is fleshy and juicy, dense, crispy, with a harmonious taste, reminiscent of vanilla ice cream. Use: Table variety, characterized by good transportation and long shelf life even at room temperature. Resistance: Currently, disease and winter resistance are being determined.
