It has a mid-season ripening period. The fruits ripen from September 5th to 10th. The berries are cylindrical and yellow. They have a floral-muscat flavor with hints of peach or apricot, and weigh 16-20g, sometimes reaching up to 30g. They have a unique, pleasant flavor, exceptional firmness—the only variety that can be grated—and excellent transportability and long-term storage.
They are quite frost-resistant (down to -23°C
