The “Gercog” grape is an early-ripening hybrid variety bred by A. V. Burdak. It is a cross between the Talisman and Hadji Murat grape varieties. This variety produces large, cylindrical clusters of medium density. The average cluster weight ranges from 500 to 1100 g. The berries are large (15-18 g), oval-shaped, and dark purple with a blue bloom. The pulp is juicy and fleshy with a pleasant, harmonious flavor. The skin is firm, but not noticeable when eating. The vine ripens well. Disease resistance is average. The stated frost resistance reaches -23°C.
