The Etude grape is a new table hybrid grape variety with an extremely early ripening period (95–100 days), bred by V. M. Kalugin. This variety is prized for its large bunches and berries, as well as its high yield and resilience.
It ripens extremely early (95–100 days).
The bushes are vigorous, with large, cylindrical, medium-density bunches. Cluster weight typically ranges from 700 to 1,400 grams. The berries are very large, weighing 18–20 grams, elongated, with a characteristic dimple at the tip (nose). The berries are dark purple or dark blue in color.
The flavor is harmonious, varietal-specific, without Muscatel flavor, and has a high sugar content.
Flesh: Very dense, crisp, fleshy and juicy. The skin is imperceptible when eaten.
Frost resistance: Fairly good, down to –23°C
