Description
Dikson is a new hybrid grape variety with an early-to-mid-season ripening period of 120-125 days. This variety was developed by renowned amateur breeder A.V. Burdak by crossing the Atlant x Angelika varieties. The bush is vigorous, and the vine ripens well. The flowers are bisexual. The clusters are large, elegant, conical in shape, and moderately loose. They average 550-1000 grams or more in weight. The berries are large, weighing 18-20 grams, elongated, and yellow-pink in color. The Dikson berry pulp is juicy and fleshy with a pleasant, harmonious flavor. The skin is dense, but not noticeable when eating. The vine ripens well. Resistance to mildew and oidium is average. However, since this hybrid variety is relatively new, it requires further study. The declared frost resistance reaches -23°C.
