“Grand” grapes, selected by V.M. Kalugin, ripen in 110-115 days. Large, medium-density, cylindrical bunches.
Berries are 23 x 54 mm, red-blue in color, and barrel-shaped. Weight: 20-25 g. Cluster weight: 700-1400 grams.
The flesh is very dense, crisp, meaty, and juicy.
Very sweet, marketable. The flavor is harmonious, characteristic of the varietal, and very promising. The vine ripens well. Growth vigor is high. Yields are high and requires mandatory standardization.
This variety is highly frost-resistant, down to -23°C.
The berries do not crack from excess moisture.
