Flagman grapes (V.M. Kalugin selection) are early-ripening, large-fruited, and frost-resistant. The flavor is harmonious, and the berries weigh 18-20 grams.
The berries are red-violet to dark burgundy in color, and elongated in shape. Disease resistance is good. The bushes are vigorous. The clusters are large, conical, and reach 800-1200 grams in weight. The berries are elongated, weighing 15-20 grams, red-violet in color at the beginning of ripening, turning dark purple at the end of the season. The flesh is dense, with a harmonious sweet flavor with a slight tartness. It has good transportability. Thanks to the bloom on the berries, it remains on the plant for a long time without rotting. This variety is characterized by good vine ripening, which allows it to withstand wintering well. Ripening period is 105-110 days. Frost resistance, -23 °C
